New blinds can be a bit costly

So the other day we went to check out getting just some basic blinds for the house, cause we thought things were just a bit too bright. The last few days the sun has just been making us sick beaming in through the window almost frying our bodies. It was then we realized it was time to get some cool blinds for our home. The woman said she wanted custom blinds while I said I really didn’t care what we got as long as it did the job.
Ok so we went to the store and guess what? Blinds are really expensive. If you get something custom you are looking at paying about 75-100 bucks per blind. That is just nuts. And you can settle for the basic deal home depot has but they look just kind of plain and crappy. Well thats what we got and thats what we are going to stick with for a while until we get some good money to do all the rooms at the same time with some blinds or some other type of window treatment.
